Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived in Tehran on Tuesday to meet with his Iranian and Turkish counterparts, Ebrahim Raisi and Recep Tayyip Erdogan, according to flight radar and local media.
The leaders of the three guarantor countries of the Astana process are expected to discuss the Syrian settlement.
