China has launched a campaign to maintain the security of cyberspace and crack down on "harmful, unhealthy and illegal" content.

The announcement was made at a recent video meeting organized by the Cyber ​​Security Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security on a "Hundred Days Action" campaign, according to a statement published on Tuesday by the bureau.

The meeting demanded that the relevant departments should make every effort to maintain the security of cyberspace, crack down on online crimes, comprehensively control "online chaos," and continuously "purify the internet ecology."
