Russia has been curbing gas supplies to Europe for months. The restrictions come amid Western sanctions imposed on Moscow for its "special military operation" in Ukraine. But the EU doesn't think Russia will resume gas exports to previous levels and is already making emergency preparations. CGTN's Stuart Smith brings you more from Moscow.
