Former UK Chancellor of the Exchequer Rishi Sunak and Foreign Secretary Liz Truss are the final two in the running to replace Boris Johnson as prime minister. The two came first and second in a vote by Tory MPs on Wednesday, with Sunak winning 137 votes and Truss securing 113.
