00:22

Video of a young one-legged man running has attracted attention online, and his story has impressed and inspired thousands. Zhang Qinghong, 22, is a native of Honghe Hani and Yi Autonomous Prefecture in southwest China's Yunnan Province. He lost his right leg at the age of 12 when a power line toppled and burned him badly, leaving him with severe physical and mental trauma. However, watching the 2014 Asian Para Games in South Korea on TV changed his life and inspired him to become a competitive athlete. Since then, Zhang has exercised regularly with the help of family. He hopes to be selected for the national team in the future. "I will keep running until I can't run anymore," he promised.
