Aside from pandemic uncertainties and the ongoing supply chain challenges arising from the Russia-Ukraine conflict, the U.S. Federal Reserve's aggressive rate hikes have helped strengthen the U.S. dollar and contributed to the inflation surge in several other countries. Many of them might face debt default risks and increasing capital outflows.
