Türkiye says an agreement to resume grain shipments from Ukrainian ports through the Black Sea will be signed in Istanbul on Friday in a bid to resolve a global food crisis. Turkiye's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres and officials from Russia and Ukraine will attend the signing ceremony.
