A delegation from Ukraine was in Istanbul Friday as Kyiv and Moscow were expected to sign a deal that would unblock grain exports, Ukraine's infrastructure ministry said. 

"The country's delegation led by Ukraine's Infrastructure Minister Oleksandr Kubrakov arrived in Istanbul for negotiations on the resolution of the grain issue," the ministry said on the Telegram social media application, adding that delegates had held a meeting with UN chief Antonio Guterres.
