Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Ukrainian forces are moving into the eastern Kherson region, which fell under Russian control at the beginning of the conflict. According to the Kherson local authorities, seven rockets from Western-supplied high mobility artillery rocket systems (HIMARS) have hit a bridge there.
