Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy accused Russia of routinely violating agreements after Moscow's forces on Saturday bombed Odesa's port, a facility key to a grain export deal the warring parties signed a day earlier.
In a Telegram post, Zelenskyy called the attack cynical and a blow to the political positions of Russia itself. Ukraine said on Saturday that two Russian missiles hit the area of Odesa's grain pumping station.
Odesa Regional Governor Maksym Marchenko said that infrastructure is damaged and there are wounded, without disclosing an exact number.
Türkiye's Defense Minister Hulusi Akar said Russian officials told Ankara that Moscow had "nothing to do" with the Odesa strikes.
