Honglian Bridge takes shape in Guangdong after parts of main structure linked together

The Honglian Bridge linking an island in the Nansha Free Trade Zone with other parts of Guangzhou had its main structure joined together in south China's Guangdong Province on Monday. The bridge is 1,772 meters long, with the main tower measuring 180 meters high, consuming a total of more than 17,000 tonnes of steel.
