Three people, including a suspect, died, and two others were seriously injured after multiple shootings on Monday in Langley, British Columbia, near Vancouver, Canada. Authorities said the suspect targeted homeless people before being shot and killed by the police. The shootings unfolded for six hours, starting around midnight.
