Chinese President Xi Jinping held talks with visiting Indonesian President Joko Widodo on July 26 in Beijing. The two leaders held cordial and friendly talks, had an in-depth exchange of views on bilateral relations and a wide range of international and regional issues of shared interest, and reached important consensus. At the invitation of Xi, Widodo paid a visit to China from July 25 to 26, becoming the first foreign head of state to visit the country after the Beijing Winter Olympics.
