Russia's Gazprom says will halt another Nord Stream 1 turbine

Russian energy giant Gazprom says supplies through the Nord Stream 1 pipeline to Germany would drop to just 20 percent of capacity, as it halts another turbine due to technical issues. The move will cut in half the current gas flows, which already fell to 40 percent in June.
