Taiyanghe Provincial Nature Reserve is at the southern end of the Wuliang Mountains in southeastern Simao District of Pu'er City, southwest China's Yunnan Province. This biodiversity conservation base near the Tropic of Cancer is home to slow lorises, a species under first-class state protection. These small primates are quite different from other active and restless primates.
