Lavrov: Russia is open for talks with Ukraine

Russia's top diplomat says Moscow is ready to hold talks with Ukraine. Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov made the remarks during a news conference on July 26 with Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni in Entebbe, where he continues his African tour. He accused the U.S., the UK and some European countries of hindering Russia's negotiations with Kyiv.
