A magnitude-4.7 aftershock with a depth of 1 kilometer jolted the northern Philippines' Abra province on Wednesday after a powerful magnitude-7 quake hit earlier in the day, according to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology.
All rail services have resumed operation in the capital region as of 11:46 a.m. after being suspended, according to Philippine News Agency.
