China offers full support and assistance to the Philippines after a magnitude-7.0 earthquake rattled the main island of Luzon on July 27, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Zhao Lijian said during a daily press briefing. The quake killed at least four people and injured 60 others, government officials said.
