South Korean Prime Minister Han Duck-soo said he will ask President Yoon Suk-yeol to pardon Samsung Electronics Vice Chairman Lee Jae-yong and Lotte Group Chairman Shin Dong-bin, Yonhap News Agency reported on Wednesday.
