Chinese President Xi Jinping gave an address during a two-day seminar attended by provincial and ministerial-level officials. Xia Lu, associate professor at the School of Marxism Studies at the Renmin University of China, said the speech can be generalized into three key parts: reviewing the past, analyzing the current situation and looking forward to the future.
