Danish Tour de France champion Jonas Vingegaard was treated to a hero's return to Copenhagen on Wednesday.
Thousands of cycling fans lined Vingegaard's route from Copenhagen Airport to the city's Radhuspladsen main square.
As is tradition for returning victorious Danish sports stars, Vingegaard was treated to an official tribute at Copenhagen City Hall and a round of "City Hall pancakes."
