Ukraine says preparing Donetsk residents for evacuation

Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk said on Thursday via Telegram that Ukraine is preparing residents of the Donetsk region for evacuation.
"A headquarters has been created; we are deploying forces and means. The regions in the center and west of the country are preparing to receive our people from the east," Vereshchuk said.
