Chinese President Xi Jinping and U.S. President Joe Biden have discussed key bilateral relations issues. Both presidents viewed their conversations as candid and in-depth. Xi said both sides need to take responsibility as major nations and maintain communication at all levels. Biden said that the U.S. remains committed to the One-China policy and does not support "Taiwan independence."
