Themed "Embrace a Digital Future — New Factors, New Rules, New Patterns", the Global Digital Economy Conference 2022 got underway in Beijing on Friday. Several digital economy achievements will be showcased at the international event. This year, as part of the conference, participants from over 30 countries will hold online and offline discussions on various subjects related to the digital economy. Wu Lianfeng, Vice-President of global market intelligence firm IDC says these are the major areas that will drive the development of China’s digital economy. He says tech companies should come up with long-term plans for digital transformation.
