A powerful explosion was heard at around 6 a.m. local time on Sunday in Kabul, Afghanistan, China Media Group reported.
An Interior Ministry spokesperson told TOLOnews that a rocket shell hit an empty house in the Sherpur area of Kabul. No casualties were reported.
