Looking out over the new city of Sidi Abdellah in Algiers, a cluster of reddish-and-beige buildings sits in the Mahelma section of town. After they were completed and used in 2019, they have helped more than 10,000 local households realize their dream of settling down, effectively improving local housing conditions.
