Russia and Ukraine are pointing the finger at each other for Friday's attack on a prison in the eastern region of Ukraine that killed dozens of Ukrainian prisoners of war and injured many. Russia has accused Ukraine of hitting the prison with rockets, while Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said it was deliberate mass murder carried out by Russia. Russia said it had invited experts from the UN and the Red Cross to probe the deaths of dozens of Ukrainian prisoners in the Donetsk region.
