Chinese companies looking to raise funds from overseas are tapping markets in Switzerland under a new Stock Connect program launched recently. Four Chinese companies are expected to raise billions of dollars via Global Deposit Receipts (GDRs) on the Zurich-based SIX Swiss Exchange. The four companies including GEM, Gotion High-tech, Keda Industrial Group, and Ningbo Shanshan operate in the new energy and manufacturing sectors.
