Jilin Daan Steam Locomotive Exhibition Hall is the only steam locomotive exhibition hall in China, with 300 retired locomotives, attracting train enthusiasts. 

The Siping Battle Memorial Hall, a national demonstration base for patriotism education, commemorates the historical events of the Siping Battle.

The Jilin Meteorite Museum is famous for a rare large meteorite shower covering 500 square kilometers, that appeared in Jilin City in 1976. The largest meteorite weighed 1,770 kilograms, known as the Meteorite No.1 of Jilin. 

Changchun China Optical Science and Technology Museum (CCOSTM), the only state-level optical science and technology museum, aims to popularize optical knowledge.
