Ukrainian Governor of Donetsk region Pavlo Kyrylenko said on Telegram that eight people were killed and four others wounded after Russia shelled the eastern town of Toretsk on Thursday.
The governor accused the Russian forces of hitting a public transport stop, where there was a crowd of people at that time.
The Russian side has not commented on the claims.
