Moscow on Thursday summoned Norwegian Ambassador Rune Resaland and said that a Norwegian consul should leave Russia after being deemed "Russophobic."

Elisabeth Ellingsen was filmed yelling at an employee at a Russian hotel reception and stating "I hate Russians," according to a video circulating on the internet on Saturday.
