Four people are in hospital in critical condition following a lightning strike in Northwest Washington, D.C., according to the city's Fire and Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Department.
DC Fire and EMS said the two adult males and two adult females were at Lafayette Park outside the White House when the incident occurred.
