Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has proposed his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin to hold talks with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Türkiye to contribute to regional peace, Anadolu Agency reported on Saturday.
Erdogan was quoted as saying that a ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine is possible "if parties really show sensitivity to promises made."
