Kremlin says there is no basis for a Putin-Zelenskyy meeting

There is currently no basis for a meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelenskyy, and negotiations between Moscow and Kyiv have been stalled since the Ukrainian delegation "left the radar", the Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said on Monday.

Kyiv has not responded to Peskov's remarks.
