The 12th Beijing International Film Festival (BJIFF) is set to lift its curtain on August 13th in Beijing. Some 1,450 films worldwide have been submitted for the event's "Tiantan Award," breaking the previous record and increasing by 63 percent from last year. Nearly 1,200 films of various genres, dispersed across 88 countries and regions were among them.

Directed by renowned Thai writer and director Nawapol Thamrongrattanarit, action-comedy "Fast & Feel Love" depicts a sport stacking world champion Kao, a thirty-something-year-old man, who is successful in his sports life but can't achieve the same success in his social life, as his long-time girlfriend who has taken care of him and everything else in his life, decides to end their relationship. 

In the movie, Kao tries to be successful in his social life and win back his girlfriend's heart.

'Sardar Udham'

"Sardar Udham" is an Indian Hindi-language biographical historical drama film directed by Shoojit Sircar.

The movie is based on the life of Udham Singh, a freedom fighter from Punjab who assassinated Michael O'Dwyer in London to avenge the 1919 Jallianwala Bagh massacre in Amritsar.
