Security forces in the Lebanese capital, Beirut, are dealing with a hostage situation at a bank. An armed man has reportedly entered a branch of the Federal Bank of Lebanon in the Hamra neighborhood, demanding that frozen deposits be released. He is said to have taken an unspecified number of hostages.
