Entrepreneurs from Quanzhou are putting more efforts to build brands and expand their presence in overseas markets, given the rapid growth of the cross-border e-commerce industry in China. Cai Jingfeng, general manager of Southeast Asia Procurement Center, has engaged in businesses from manufacturing to exports in Quanzhou in the last 25 years. Over the years he has witnessed the rapid development of trade in Quanzhou, especially after the implementation of the RCEP. Cai tells CGTN how RCEP is bringing a change to businesses in Quanzhou.
