M6.1 earthquake strikes Philippines

A magnitude-6.1 earthquake hit the Moro Gulf, Mindanao region in the Philippines on Saturday, according to the European Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC).

The quake hit at a depth of 10km, EMSC said.
