At least 31 people died, 17 were injured and more than 100 are missing following flash floods in Parwan Province, central Afghanistan, Bakhtar News Agency reported on Sunday.
Floods in August 2020 killed more than 160 people in Afghanistan, mainly from Parwan Province, Reuters reported citing local officials.
