Russia accuses 'Ukrainian saboteurs' of blowing up Kursk power lines

The Federal Security Service of Russia said on Tuesday that "Ukrainian saboteurs" blew up power lines that supply the nuclear power plant in the Kursk region, Russian media reported.

There's no response from the Ukrainian side yet.
