20th batch of Chinese peacekeepers to Lebanon makes triumphant return

On Thursday morning, the last 205 soldiers from the 20th batch of Chinese peacekeepers to Lebanon returned to China. The soldiers were deployed to the country in August 2021. Facing a complex and volatile situation in Lebanon during their one-year deployment, all soldiers fulfilled their missions and completed tasks such as minefield clearance, building construction and medical rescue.
