U.S. supplying 1.8m additional monkeypox vaccine doses

The U.S. said on Thursday it is boosting supply with additional 1.8 million doses of Bavarian Nordic's Jynneos monkeypox vaccine available for ordering starting August 22.

U.S. Disease Control and Prevention Director Rochelle Walensky said over 13,500 monkeypox cases identified in 49 states as of August 17.
