On August 18, a high-level special TV forum, Afghanistan in Transition, was co-produced by China Global Television Network (CGTN) and Shamshad TV, major media networks from China and Afghanistan respectively, in an effort to focus on Afghanistan's post-war recovery efforts and challenges. CGTN's correspondent Zmaryalai Abasin, who was part of the production team in Kabul, shows us the preparations for the forum and talks to some of the guests to get a better understanding of the event.
