A month of cultural exchanges between young people across the Taiwan Straits kicked off in Suzhou City on August 19. The program involves students, business people, artists, designers, and scholars to link young people through culture. A series of concerts, art performances, and exhibitions will be staged across the country during the coming month. Also, Chinese officials vow to help Taiwan youth in the Chinese mainland better adapt to local life, including aspects of education, housing, and medical care service.
