UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said on Saturday that governments and the private sector should cooperate to bring Russian food and fertilizers as well as Ukrainian grain to world markets under a deal agreed upon last month.
Guterres made the remarks as he visited the Joint Coordination Center in Istanbul, Türkiye.
The center was established under the Black Sea Grain Initiative on July 27 to facilitate Ukrainian exports of grain, other foodstuffs and fertilizers.
