Ken Mak is a driver for the Lalamove delivery app in China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Each day, he shuttles past high-rise buildings, meets people from all walks of life, and delivers parcels. His job gives him a sense of accomplishment. Moreover, he has witnessed how the freight industry in the "Pearl of the Orient" has rapidly developed since its return to China 25 years ago.
