The city of Nikopol lies across the Dnipro River near the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant in Ukraine. Shelling in recent weeks from the power plant area and around it is provoking international warnings of a potential nuclear disaster. Local authorities, however, are not taking any chances. CGTN's Stephanie Freid reports on how they are preparing.
