Tensions continue to mount over the endangered Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant. Local authorities say that Ukrainian forces opened fire on the plant on August 20, but critical facilities were not damaged in the attack. China Institute of International Studies researcher Teng Jianqun says safety and security are the top priorities for Zaporizhzhia.
