China wins 2nd place in base-jumping competition at Intl Army Games

The Chinese team won second place in the base-jumping competition in the Airborne Platoon contest on Saturday at the 2022 International Army Games (IAG) in Ain Oussera, Algeria. The Russian Defense Ministry initiated the IAG in 2013. China's People's Liberation Army has been participating in the IAG since 2014. This year's IAG runs from August 13 to 27, and is jointly hosted by 12 countries, including China, Russia and Iran. Over 270 teams from 37 countries and regions are competing.
