Southwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region is battling a significant COVID-19 outbreak. Local authorities have implemented what they call a "static management" system in high- and medium-risk areas. They've also put in place measures to ensure residents have access to essential items, like fruit and vegetables.
